The names of the dishes are given in their original language: Imam Bayildi, Meze Konstantinos, Halloumi me piperi prasino, Karides Guvec, Anatolian Kebab a la Bayram, Pasticada, Sis Kebab, Yaourti me meli, Kadayif and many more.
