Ingredients: 720 g deboned chicken breast, 20 g butter, 100 g bell pepper, 40 g dried onion, 12 g herbs, 32 g garlic, 60 g peanuts, 160 g ketchup, 160 g fruit compote, 12 g pepper, 40 g granulated sugar, 12 g salt, 20 ml oil, 28 ml vinegar, 150 g rice, saffron
Preparation technique: the deboned chicken breast is thinly sliced, sank in oil and then put in another pot. In the left oil you add the butter and you fry the onion and the bell pepper then you add the ketchup, the pineapple compote, the peanuts, garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar and pepper.
